1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Rethink Lab Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Rethink Lab Co., Ltd. provides product strategy, UX/UI design, MVP development, web and mobile application development, AI automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, required content and assets, and accurate information necessary for us to deliver our services. Delays caused by late client deliverables may impact project timelines and are not the responsibility of Rethink Lab Co., Ltd.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for you will be assigned to you, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. We retain the right to use general tools, frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing code in other projects. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including schedules and amounts, will be outlined in the applicable project agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in work being paused until outstanding balances are settled.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rethink Lab Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
